By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. ## 1. Use of the site You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Our Site is intended for adults interested in learning about or potentially selling mineral, royalty, or related interests; it is not directed to children under 13. You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party’s use of the Site. ## 2. SMS/Text Messaging Program **Program description.** FS Minerals ("FS Minerals Texts") sends text messages to mineral and royalty owners about offers to purchase their mineral or related interests, follow-ups on those offers, scheduling calls, ownership verification, agreements and transaction status, including funding. **How you opt in.** We only text you if you agree to receive texts from FS Minerals. Our representatives ask for your permission during a phone call, and we keep a record of when you agreed and who you spoke with. Right after you agree, we send a confirmation text. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of selling your interests or doing business with us. **Message frequency.** Message frequency varies depending on your conversations with our team. **Costs.** Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. **Opting out.** You can cancel at any time by replying **STOP** to any message. Intellectual property The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to FS Minerals and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Governing law and jurisdiction These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
